Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Razupi ("the App"), a personal automation tool operated by its owner to publish short-form videos to the owner's own social media accounts.

1. Acceptance

The App is operated solely by and for its owner. By installing, configuring, or running the App, the operator agrees to these Terms.

2. Description of service

The App generates videos and uploads them to the operator's own YouTube channel (and optionally Facebook and TikTok) using each platform's official API and the operator's own authorized credentials. It performs no action on accounts other than the operator's own.

3. Authorized use

The operator is responsible for ensuring all uploaded content complies with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each platform (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok) and with applicable law. The App must not be used to upload content the operator does not have the rights to publish.

4. Google API compliance

Use of the App with Google APIs is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. By using the App you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator uses it at their own risk. Automated publishing may fail, be delayed, or be rejected by a platform at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its author are not liable for any damages, account actions, content removals, or losses arising from use of the App. Responsibility for all published content and for compliance with platform policies rests entirely with the operator.

7. Termination

The operator may stop using the App and revoke its access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions and by deleting stored credentials.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
